Why we started this blog

Having recently moved to Moncton, we discovered the challenge of finding reliable food reviews outside the usual suspects like Yelp and Facebook. Determined to unearth the hidden gems of our new city, we decided to create a space that caters to fellow food enthusiasts, especially those navigating the vibrant culinary scene of the Maritimes.

Whether we're recreating dishes at home or exploring the diverse flavors of Asian cuisine, we're always on the lookout for the next delicious discovery. From the American bar scene, to the sizzling streets of Hyderabad, to the hospitable hills of Wales, and the cozy corners of Canada, our taste buds have traveled far and wide.

Our story

Our journey together has always revolved around food, with early adventures centered on exploring new cities and cuisines. Trips to Toronto helped spark a lasting appreciation for eclectic flavours and memorable dining experiences.

In the kitchen, creativity takes many forms—from baked treats to experimental, science-inspired cooking. Expect a mix of comforting classics, playful experiments, and thoughtful takes on the dishes we love.

This past year, we’ve had an incredible time exploring New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. Nova Scotia is next on our list—so expect updates, recommendations, and plenty of foodie finds.
